Refunds, Replacements and Returns

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review the product details and Size Guide carefully before ordering. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email hello@aianxietysociety.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• A photograph of the packing slip if you received the wrong item

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the affected item. Do not mail anything unless we provide written return instructions.

Lost packages

If your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after its estimated delivery date. Include your order number and confirm the shipping address entered at checkout. We will investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution when the claim is approved.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was unclaimed, we may be able to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders can enter processing shortly after purchase, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Authorized returns

Items sent back without prior written authorization may not be accepted. If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
