Shipping Policy

Order preparation

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Preparation times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, unusually busy periods or temporary product shortages.

Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

After an order has been prepared and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3–4 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to display movement after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple packages

Items may occasionally be shipped separately. If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please verify your complete shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact hello@aianxietysociety.com as soon as possible. Address corrections cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the original package was unclaimed.

Delivery delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

If your package has not arrived within five business days after its estimated delivery date, contact hello@aianxietysociety.com with your order number.

Lost packages must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
